How interesting. The candida actually hates a warm body? I always feel SO good after a workout, especially one where I sweated like crazy. My body ALWAYS feels better whenever I spend a week or two in a warm climate, and I always feel a little worse when it's cold. This makes so much sense.

And the crazy thing is, it's count-intuitive. You would think because it's a yeast, your body would like it warm.

Thanks for that piece of advice. You just made me look at another aspect of my life and fight against this thing in a different, more constructive way.
