Hi...just a little information for you...
If you are on the Candida diet, then you are probably not eating many carbohydrates. Don't forget, carbohydrates are what gives our bodies energy and if we are not consuming carbs, then our energy will be VERY VERY low. I am on the candida diet as well and do not have any energy because I am not eating carbs. I eat mainly vegetables.
