Thanks! So the ones that you say are sugar...does that mean I cannot have them even if they are just included as a minimal amount? For example, 3 grams of Sugar out of an 8 ounce drink, or even 0 grams of Sugar in an 11 ounce drink. If the Sugar or sugar substitute it that small of an amount, is it ok to have?

Do you know of any naturopath that accepts insurance? All the ones around here don't, and they charge a huge amount. Thanks! : )
