This could be your appendice- the infection of this dead end of the intestinal track that cumulates the flors (bacteria and fungus) of your intestines is called appendicitis. If so then a massive pro-biotic input (acidophilus) oral intake as well as enemas will do the trick and allow the good bacteria to take over the bad ones.
