I retrained my metabolism and then the cravings/pains were gone.It seems that the pain is linked to the pancreas/liver and the digestive enzymes.

If you eat a diet high in animal protein it is hard on the kidneys and liver.You also need to retrain your metabolism to burn fat and not muscle.That is what this program does.If I do not have time in a week to work out I still have full muscle strength even though I am quite old.
