Don't know about the cats claw orally, never thought about it. It did wonders for me when my hydrotherapist used it but as I said the resulting toxicity is kinda rough. The first time she did it was in late Jan. I think and it took me four days to get the gunk and toxins out and my hair started sheddig which didn't surprise me. The second time I was toxic for about two days.

As rough as it was I have energy for the first time in a year and the brain fog is nearly non-existant now. I had an appt. last week and she was going to do the cats claw again and I told her I'm going to hold off awhile and she just used a green drink like implant for minerals and such. My daughter is getting married in June and I want my system to settle down and hair recover some before then.

I've taken 5000 mg of Biotin a day for probably 3 years and it may help some with the hair but can assure it does nothing for the candida as some seem to think, I was taking it before I ever got sick with candida.
