Candida is hard to test for so I'd go by clinical presentation, and your symptoms are classic. Ask your doctor if it is safe to take Undecylenic Acid with Nystatin. This is a powerful over-the-counter anti-Candida aid you can get on the net, 30X stronger than Caprylic Acid. Candida seems to need a multi-faceted strategy. Take Biotin to stop Candida proliferation. Take Magnesium to supplement all the Magnesium the Candida is snitching and fixing away from your body's use. Keep educating yourself.
