What is the P & B shake? and the Liver Cleansing salad?? I am new to this whole idea... I went to a homeopathic nurse due to being fed up with the traditional PILL FOR EVERYTHING method of addressing my Fibromyalgia... she did the blood evaluation and i have a ton of yeast and uric acid, and other gunk in there. my blood is also very thick and "sludgy"... she put me on a regime.. but i have not started with the probiotics yet. I guess i'm in a cleansing phase... i am interested in this salad you have mentioned.

also, anyone have any great resources for recipes that my whole family might like ?
