When I take probiotics I also take enzymes, so My body can handle the die off.

Do not eat but plain yogurt, and home made kefir. No Sugar added.

I buy plain yogurth from Dannon, and it has been very good for me.

I you cannot make the kefir, buy good brand probiotics.
Any thing sweet increases the symtpoms very badly!! I know.
