I had the hair loss too. I have to say I insisted my dermatologist do a hair biopsy to find the cause. Then I insisted on cortisone shots. I got them 2 or 3 times. It worked excellent!!! When I say my hair was falling out all over the place is an understatement...it was everywhere..the floor..counters...shower..car..everywhere..it really worked...cant help you with the cleansing though...I'm just starting too..
