Well im 46 and still have my fillings. I cured myself a couple years ago. I was allergic to almst all fruits and many other foods for about 10 years. Now I buy on a regulay basis apples, oranges, bannanas, fruit juices, orange juice, cheese, string cheese, yogurts, milk, popcorn, chocolate protien bars. Strawberries, plums, tomatoes, . I eat whole grain bread. This is what I just came home with from the store. I can eat anything I want, anytime with no effects on me other than now i cant seem to loose weight.
