Hi,
I have read up on it a lot,I just finished Crooks book, but the information on curing the yeast is sooo overwhelming. Did I mention my attention span is extremely short, so completing the book alone was a challenge. : ) I just need it all written out what to take and what to do. There is so much info out there I don't know what order to do it in,what products really work, how long to take them, etc. Also, I am like 115 lbs, so do I take the same dosages as say a 200lb person? I have just read a lot about die off, and it sounds scary. I dont want stuff that will make me feel sicker, so I'm a little afraid of that...Thanks for your help. Going to sleep now...Nighty night : )
