Choose the Oil according to your blood type.
After all of this butter you should consider a Liver Flush (go to cleansing or to the Liver-Flush support forum).

B - Olive oil
A - Mazola Olive oil is the best of the OO
Linen oil
AB- Olive oil
O - Mazola Olive oil is the best of the OO
Linen oil

OO is very good to your liver too but mainly if the oil is taken without hitting it.
