Yes, they do vary widely. But some of the more common are flu-like symptoms (chills, fatigue, etc.), spaciness/mental fogginess, digestive trouble, Sugar cravings (at least in my case), sleepiness, dizziness, etc. The die-off symptoms are generally very similar to the symptoms of candida itself. What kinds of things are you experiencing and what supplements have you used that you think might have caused them?

Have you used an anti-fungal or something else that has caused what you believe to be die-off (Herxheimer reaction)?
