Runnynose and the nasal back drop are due to candida's presence in the sinus.

This week, I get a bit of an earache now and then and I take vit. C to help. Then, I get a very runny nose and I need to clear my throat constantly. It used to be all jammed in there... I am happy it is healing. Candida is getting expelled big deal.

I sometimes would use gingko biloba to help it out, but now that my nose is like a leaky faucet, I don't take it anymore.
