While controversy exists regarding vinegars in general and candida. Generally speaking, people at Curezone take the approach that ACV helps to fight against candida.

I, similar to many here, ingest candida for a dual purpose. It helps to kill off yeast and is great for digestion. As you may know, candida goes "hand-in-hand" with leaky gut syndrome. Also, many use it often as an enema to help release yeast.

A variety of opinions surrounding any product/issue are always important...each person must decide what works for them! I know that it works for me.
