That's amazing Wrenn, very nice that you grow your own food at home, you are certainly knowing what you get!!!

I grew some tomatoes, carrots outside my house last summer, some animal friends came to steal some of it LOL, i did not put a fence around them, probably I will not put the fence on this coming summer, I think it really doesn't matter whoever ate it, at least I know someone enjoyed my food, so it's great :oP That was my first experience of growing food other than the very first time I did in kindergarten, we were sprouting mung beans on wet cotton in paper cups :oP

I believe the weather factors play a big role in diets, I want to be defrosted!!! Enough of snow for me!

Sprouting is interesting, I have heard about the benefits of wheat grass, haven't had a chance to taste it or to explore more in this area. Will definitely check out your Blog :D
