Me again JV,

I duplicated the veggie drink today and did not add carrot at all, only greens and have the vise in the back feeling again.

For me at least, alkaline promotes die off. I will have to play around with the amount and find what my body can handle without too much die off. Do you think it is OK to add a little carrot for the nutrient value they have?
