What about juicing with fruit and veg together? I have every morning:

one green apple
large Celery stalk
one kiwi fruit
2 carrots

(sometimes I will juice spinach or other veges also)

I hope I am not doing wrong to my body, as I thought this was going to be a positive healthy step towards getting back on track again.
