Fungal defense or primal defense are a good start, psyllium is good thereafter fot the bowel cleanse
But first and foremost the diet and these
Vitamin B (3-6-12) calcium/magnesium, Zinc
because candida depletes them
probiotics (I use yogurt, kefir and threelac are alternatives)
ANtioxydants: (to fight the toxins being released in the process) Vitamin A, C (plenty), E,
And good cell food: lecithin, fish oil, good EPA oil (extra-virgin oil and/or linseed oil- keep in the fridge or they will turn rancid fast)
Ginger (ginger tea) to support your bloodstream system.
I understand that your question pertains to the best brands... there are a lot of vitamins that will contain heavy metal (lead, mercury, aluminum). It is important to buy a top produce.
Furthermore, candida impairs assimilation so the VERY best in all case is the liquid form.
Hope this helps
