My second son, who was born at my height of candida--right before being diagnosed. When I ate nothing but breakfast cereal with milk, and lots of fruit. I suspect that he has candida problems. I give him a lot of yoghurt, try to limit Sugar (very hard to do). He is also the only of my children with food allergies . He loves bread, is hyperactive after eating sugar, and is prone to fungal infections. My son that was born while I was in the candida diet (as much as I am able to hold), does not seem to have any symptoms of food allergies or anything like it. Just for the record, both babies were cecarian births.
