Thanks again for the info on the fast,
Right now Im right in the middle of a 10 day raw diet my nutritionist/herbalist put me on. My body is actually getting used to the food although I would still love a juicy t-bone right about now.I read posts from you and Shelley recommending the P&B shakes but the nutritionist recommended staying away from them until I can handle the probiotics again. The wierd thing is I was taking 2 probiotics a day then I stopped taking them for about 6 weeks. After I restarted taking them(about 5 weeks ago) is when I started on the huge emotional rollercoaster so I stopped again. Yesterday I started up on them again by only taking 1/3 capsule and the symptoms are coming back but not to the extent they were before. Mostly right now Im getting the foggy unreality feeling. I also switched from Diflucan to Nystatin (Im taking 750MU a day until I can handle the full 1500MU..then I will be on that for 10 days). Thanks again for all the help...
