Emotional rollercoaster is part of healing. I try to live it fully, I address it as it is all about going into a long flashback of past traumas that were associated to this sickness- so I try to heal the traumas as I heal my body. It is like if cells had a memory and the event pops up in an outstanding flash back.


While passing candida threads, I found that the emotional rolllercoaster would be less prominant with P and B shakes. Do you use psyllium alraedy?
