I was just wondering if anyone here has gone on a raw diet to combat their yeast problem. I've been seeing a herbalist who presently has me on a raw diet for 10 days. He's also got me taking as much garlic as I can (he wants me to take up to 12 cloves but I can only handle about 2 per day). thie problem I'm having is 2 days into the diet I was feeling very miserable with massive depression, flu symptoms, stomach pains, really foul gas, etc... I was also taking about 25mg of Diflucan too (I can't take the whole dosage due to the die-off). Is this normal?? Any ideas??
