I agree with liquid only. I've had enough diarrhea in the last year to have learned how to deal with it, and it's really rather simple. Dairrhea is your body's way of flushing your intestinal tract clean, and yours is apparently not doing a very good job of it, so you should really give it a hand.
If candida is your problem rice is bad, especially white rice. Toast is absolutely horrible, if it's white bread I couldn't think of a worse thing you could eat, assuming candida is causing the diarrhea. Brown rice is supposed to be OK for candida but even that is high in carbs, and carbs are broken down into simpler carbs (sugar) by your body, which is what candida prefers to feed on.
My suggestion is a 3 day fast, spend as little energy as you can, drink liquid juices (no fruit or sugar), and yogurt. If you're really hungry make some nut milk (almond, cashew) or a protein shake, but nothing solid. You'll only be hungry for the first 36 hours then it'll go away. Given you situation you should use something to clean yourself out, like Epsom Salt for the first day to get things clean to start with. Daily enemas would be good with something like garlic, then a probiotic at the end of day 3, and make sure you start eating slowly with small meals of well cooked veggies, soup, etc. You can also add some psillium seed to clean you out more, people here love to add clay to it but I wouldn't advise it because of the aluminium. The important thing is to stop with the food though, don't look for the right thing to eat, just stop eating! Be careful with the fasting though, 3 days in dire circumstances is OK but never more than once a month and watch your weight. Drink lots of veggie juice.
Anyway, that's my 2 cents.
