vitmains. some vitamins you can get absorbed bypassing intestines- sublingual way. sublingual b-complex, vit.c, others.

at least at some level, bad population decided to colonize your intesinal walls and once they are stuck in there it is very difficult to get rid of them. it's hard to tell what's gonna work for you, what supplement would be the best in your situation, there are quite a few of them.

by the way, did you do any of intestinal cleanses? how did they for for you? probably to some degree, basics: nutrition, cleansing, supplementation, repopulation (with good guys). And did you consider other alternative methods like ozonated water, Colloidal Silver , zapping et cetera? if i were you i would probably did a variety of those, but begin with some kind of intestinal cleanse, probably clay. and form there forward.
