Any food that is canned, bottled or packaged with preservatives is not raw. Any food that contains chemicals added is not raw food any more. Any food that has been heated past 117 degrees Farenheit is not raw food any more.

Dried food that contains sulphur is not raw any more, it has been adulterated.

Raw is just that....raw.
