I really appreciate the info. Will fresh organic plain yogurt the same? I ate some today (I have to admit it was one of the most unappealing things I've ever eaten)and seem to be just fine. Actually, I really feel great. I don't know if it's from reducing my Diflucan (I went down to 1/4 from a 1/2 today) or just coincidence. Who knows, but I'm really feeling much better.
