jake, three lac isnt a cure. you do not take 3 lac to cure your self of candida. no matter what they say, if it migh cure
it or not.

its meant to HELP over whelm the existing bacteria. (bad bactreria)

you have to eat right.

and if you have bad seveire bacteria (candida) you need to fast on vegtables juice and cut out all mold all together.
