hi Xena,

I talked to Dr Semon this weekend. He said I need to start with his book, the feast without yeast.

I got some information I am confused about. I would love to be able to email you with some questions about his approach. I am currently seeing a DO and Dr S disagreed with some of his philosophies. I am not sure which approach to take. COuld you respond to me by hitting below?
