Hey, I wouldn't use it. Anything artificial cannot be beneficial, they say "made from sugar" to make it sound natural, but after whatever they did to it, I would not touch it with a ten foot pole. I'd stick with natural sugars (and/or avoiding them) and stevia as a safe way to satisfy a sweet tooth. Xylitol, even.
