Hi kiferklan! Thanks for your comments, so glad you posted.

I am in awe of the regimen you just did, especially because you did it during a holiday month! (I admit I cheated two days straight, for me Christmas eve and Christmas were fair game for whatever, although I still made some pretty good choices between the bad choices).

30 days, eh? How is it working? Can you tell a difference? Anything specific that seemed to get better?

BTW, I think it is harder being home- I did that before, when my children were younger. Getting out provides a distraction, which is helpful for me. Glad I stayed home then for them, but good for me to get out, now. Didn't have the support system, as you said you do, and I'll bet that makes a huge difference.
