THANX for the well wishes of luck! I am going to start on the P&B shakes very soon when I feel my adrenals are back 100% so I have the energy for any adverse reaction I may get with loose bowels or constipation etc. I am going to do a liver cleanse and go back to the colonics too. I just needed to take it easy over Xmas and enjoy being with my family without them having a pink fit because I look drained while detoxing. I had to stop the Spirulina and probiotics as it gave me 'butt pee' so bad and made me feel nauseas. I will start those again soon also. I will post how I go.
