Keep the questions coming, this is what I owe to Curezone to have been there for me and helped so much when I was helpless So... no worries, keep asking!

It is a good sign indeed, this is the mucus that covers the yeast and mucoid plaque. You are on the way there.


Be careful, if you use vinegar enema, it is okay until you feel intestinal pain, THe intestime has very little pain sensors so when you feel pain over there, it is in deep distress. Gas pain is different , but any other pain is a call for probiotic enemas until the pain has disappeared. You can use any probiotic you use orally ( I use aloe vera and yogurt, 1 teaspoon in pure water).
