Hi #11630. Sorry to hear you're feeling worse, not better.
Feeling worse could mean you are successfully killing off candida, but it sounds like you've got some cleaning up to do! Killing off candida does add to the toxins in your system. Besides the lemon remedy Jhan told you about, are you doing anything else? Many people here, including myself, find P&B shakes helpful.

Feeling worse could also mean there is something wrong with the approach you have so far. Maybe it is not quite right for you?

If you post the things you are trying, including your diet and any other remedies, maybe some people will have suggestions for you.
