But it did come to an end for me. I can definitely not tolerate wheat (as others have said). One thing I noticed was that others didn't see me as the wreck I saw myself as. That helped a bit. Other than that, I reached out here at curezone, emailed people from the site, and enlisted all the support I could get. I printed off as many of Shelleycat's posts as I felt applied to me Best of Shelley is good too.) I kept telling myself that I was turning around my illness and that I would get better with time.

I did a google search and Curezone searches to read up (and print out) stuff on Herxheimer reactions. I found I should eat more fiber, drink more water, and exercise even if I felt weak. Good health and courage to you. You are in good company!
