Beans are okay for candida diet, the only concern is for soy bean... that is, if you have thyroid problems, otherwise, still okay.

I freeze a portion of my hummus in order to avoid leaving it in the fridge too long. With candida one ought to be extremely areful regarding any potential fungus.
