I honestly never had to do the fast. my candida cleared up after 4-5 flushes, combined with ayurverdic diet and other changes I made per Andreas' advice. its apparently not that easy for everyone, but if you adopt a good portion of Andreas' eating and living guidelines, and flush the liver gallbladder completely clean, i would be surprised if you still have a candida problem. His book "key to health and rejuvenation" is a goldmine of advice. I followed it, and it worked for me where most everything else failed. let me know if I can help you with any specifics.
