I tried a couple of 2 litre ACV enemas A couple of months ago felt like they give a good clear out but also tah it upset my stomach, could have been die off. However it put me off cos I felt like I was flushing out any good stuff I had as well as bad. I know they say to replace after with good probiotics, but I feel a bit unsure because of this. It sound like you are having some success with it though...nice one ...Moonie
