Thank you for the link & info. I will read up on it today. Sorry to hear you are sick, I feel 100% better today. I take 1 tbsp of bee pollen every day but haven't been taking it very long, it seems to give me more energy. I would recommend taking the apple cidar vinegar, when I started that I noticed a difference in the way I felt before the day was over. *A huge improvement I should say* No more fever, almost no mucous at all, no more coughing and my head doesn't ache any more. I am so thankful for everyone on this web-site. It's wonderful to see people taking the time to help each other. Thanks to all and a special thanks to cure zone for making it possible!!!!!
