However, on the other hand, there is a big debate and a lot of concern regarding what comes out, during the Liver Flush are ACTUALLY stones, ask Shelley and how her STONE had grapefruit fiber stuck into it. You can pass bile with other methods, like carrot juice (in extreme amount) or the salad.

Don't read me wrong,
Liver Flushes are fantastic, candida sufferer are deficient in magnesium and the Epsom Salt of the flush compensate greatly for the need of mag. But I'd rather take mag. supplements and a daily mild liver treatment. Especially so, because this is most effective in pacifying MY liver.
