Well, I find it hard to believe that the salad cleanse is better than the liver flush. The flush pushes out big stones & I don't see how you would pass a big stone from the salad. The amount of olive juice is what pushes the stones out, right?

Some ppl prefer a gentle cleanse spread out over days, not done at once.. but I just don't see how the big stones would get passed from 1 TBL oil. Plus if you're having chronic pain, it may indicate a stuck stone? I don't know your body, you do. Your body is unique, so use what works for you. Have you passed any big stones using just the cleansing salad?
