Threelac has definitely helped me. It has helped reverse my Rheumatoid Arthritis along with other health issues. But I am not just doing Threelac. I also have to eat healthy, take the supplements needed for nutritional deficiencies along with colon, liver, lymph and kidney cleansing and I've been learning how to manage stress. Threelac is a good probiotic. It is important to take a good probiotic. It is part of my healing process.
