Hi Skin-knee,
Right now I am having pain again after trying q-zyme. But this time I took a half a pill instead of two but the pain is still unbearable. I did take fungal defense about 6 months ago with no affects whatsoever. I have tried primal defense. I was taking 4 a day with no effects. I probably shouldv'e taken more but it got too expensive so I quit it. I am going to try it again soon. I have been taking garden of lifes perfect food and RM-10 with no ill affects.
I must have some allergy to q-zyme. Is there any other enzyme supplement you or anyone can recommend? I know I need to take them because of the gas and bloating and candida.
