Hello everyone,
Last night I started taking Q-zyme by garden of life, I took 2 after my supper. About 1/2 hr later I had the worst stomach ache which caused me to get dizzy and nauseated. A few hours later I had diarrhea 5 times in an hour. I did not eat anything different except their were slices of ginger in my stir fry.
Has anyone else had this problem with taking enzymes? I know garden of lifes products are very potent. I know I have candida and really want to take this product but am scared to take it again today. Thanks!!
