Every person is different & some like me have a pretty easy liver flush. If you get nauseous with the olive oil mixture try laying down still. Moving around made me badly nauseous. Laying still I was fine. The epsom salts dilate the ducts so you have an easier time getting stones out & have a more productive flush.
