I for one am a very stong believer in liver flushing. I credit Liver Flushing as the most important thing I did to truly recover from candida (as opposed to just suppressing symptoms through antifungals ect). Liver Flushing really should be where someone with candida starts, you will save yourself so much time and money. And Like Mgirl says, colon cleansing after is vital, and p&b shakes are not appropriate for this... it must be water... colonic, colema, enema.. vital.

whatever flush you use, just read up on it, choose the one that feels right to you. I never had a problem with Epsom Salts , even after 17 flushes. but to each is one, you go with what feels right to you.
