Hi

I have done two Liver Flushes so far and I do them without using the Epsom Salts . I was afaid of throwing up with the Epsom Salts so I just drink 1/2 cup OO (Olive-Oil) and 3/4 cup GF juice at bedtime and do a coffee enema followed by a couple warm water enemas to remove stones and toxins. This method seems to work great for me, get lots of stones plus lots of yeast out also. The first flush made me really sick with a horrible toxic feeling until I did the enemas but had none of that with the second one. Good luck!
