I was thinking about doing a some liver flushes. I tried one about six months ago but it was too much for me at that time. I was throwing up all night. I also have a lot of inflammation and felt that the flushe irritated this. Since then I have used the olive oil and lemon drink, on and off. I think I would have another go at the flush but I worry that the Epsom Salts maybe flushing all the good bacteria away that I am trying to get in at the moment. Is it different if you do the flush with out Epsom Salts ? Thanks Moonie
