The stress on your liver could be greatly reduced by liverflushing. My candida is very hard to control (was on Antibiotics for 11 years straight for acne...yep, 11 years straight...your eyes aren't fooling you).

Liverflushing helped me by far....far more than all the rotation diets and candida cleanses, fasts, detoxes, etc......
